Hello there, How are you both doing? Thanks for your reply and help. I am well by God's grace. Right now I am in Hondures with Caribbean Mercy Hospital ship on outreach. Friends, I have been praying for a way to be able to support myself as I serve the Lord in the mission field ( I am a full-time missionary), because some time is hard to meet my needs. This is why I am looking for something to do to make some money while I serve the Lord as a missinary. It is very good to get some money to help with the support needed in missions. I do not know much about computer or e-business. Brother Gene, if you find out about some business opportunity, and after you check it you think it will be good for me, please, let me know May the Lord Bless you as you continue serving Him, In Him, Juana Pichardo. =================================================== Dear Brother Gene, Thank you so much for your kindness and for have a heart for the Lord and his work. I am Juana Pichardo. Maria is my mother. I used her e-mail because she do not use it anymore and let me use. My personal e-mail is: pichardj@mercyships.org What is new with me? As a I told you before right now we are in Honduras on outreach. I was a missionary in Africa for many years on board the Anastasis, but, due to my mother's age and her health condition I asked to be transferred from the Anastasis (in West Africa) to the Caribbean Mercy for a while. That way I can go to the Dominican Republic more often and spend quality time with my elderly mother. My brother and my sister are taking care of her, but she wants to see me more often and since the Dominican Republic is not that far from wherever the CBM is I hope I can go home more often (I am planning to go home for two weeks in the end of the outreach if I find a cheap air-fare.) At this particular time I am missing my Anastasis family and Africa, but spiritually I am being refreshed as I seek Him and meditate about all the extraordinary things He has done in my life, and I am renewing some old friendships, and making new ones. Some friends and I have the opportunity to go to the prison and visit with the prisoners here in Trujillo, Honduras. We befriended them and testified about Jesus and how our lives have changed since we came to Him. We had good times when we got together and some of them accepted Jesus as their Savior. Also we have the blessing of giving to each prisoner a bag with soap, toothpaste, toothbrush and some other things they needed. They were so happy not just for the gifts, but because they knew that they meant a lot to us, and to the Lord Jesus who loves them and wants to be their friend. It was He who provided us with the ability to bless them. That reminds me that in order to give out to others, I need to be filled up myself, so this process must start as I personally come into the presence of God. As I meditate in God's goodness and faithfulness to me I am so thankful to Him for his kindness. It is a privilege to serve the Lord in what He has called me to and to have. You have been so nice to me and from the bottom of my heart with gratitude I want you to know that you have touched my heart in a deep way. Brother Gene, I want to share two Scriptures with you that the Lord has put in my heart. First: Proverbs 11: 25- A generous man will prosper, he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.
